Rules and Guidelines
- Most of the group discounts we receive are for "school" groups. So unless otherwise stated, there must be at least one child attending within the family.
- Only sign up your own individual family or household. If you have other family or friends that would like to attend, they will need to sign up themselves.
- Each event has it's own individual due date for paying. Most of the time I need to pay the business before the field trip happens, so it is very important that I receive your payment on or prior to the due date.
- If you have any problems paying, please contact me right away.
- If you need to cancel... Each individual event has it's own deadline for canceling and after that date you are obligated until another family takes your place. If you cancel prior to the deadline and you've already paid, the money will be placed as a credit to use for future events. In some cases your money will be refunded. If you need to cancel after the deadline, you will be responsible to pay for the event if no one takes your place. The set up fee is non-refundable either way.
- Some events have the cost split between families. If you need to cancel after you have signed up, you are still liable to pay unless another family takes your place. It would be unfair to the other families if the price is raised due to a cancellation.
- If you would like to attend an event follow the link given on it's page. This will take you to Sign Up Genius, where you can sign up on a date given or any day of the week that works for your family. Once the event reaches the minimum amount of people needed to reserve, I will contact you asking about reserving.
- At least one parent (or another arranged adult) will need to attend each event with their children. There are no drop-offs.
- I am not liable for any lost or stolen items at any events. In addition, I am not liable for any damage to vehicles or bodily injuries at these events.
